Outlook junks safe mail

Hi,

This is driving me crazy, but using Outlook 2007, it persists in putting
email from people on my safe senders list in the junk email folder. I
have to check the junk folder several times a day, as much good mail is
filed there. How can I get Outlook to stop doing this?

what type of email account do you have? Do you use any other antispam
scanner?

I have an imap account and an exchange server, and no, no other antispam
scanner.

Are the messages coming from exchange? it could be filtering on the back end
and dropping them in the junk folder, by passing the junk filter in outlook.

do you have Outlook 2007 SP2? If so, the infobar will say if the junk filter
put it there. See the

I have ... exchange server ...

Have you disabled the Junk filtering (No Automatic Filtering setting) in
Outlook to check if it is spam filtering up on the Exchange server that
is moving messages into your Junk folder?
