Junk Email and Safe List

T

Tom Westlake

Hi All,

Hopefully somebody can help me with this. I have several email
accounts, and have set the junk e-mail options to "Safe Lists Only".
However I am still getting junk e-mail in my in box, which is
DEFINATELY not on my safe list. Any ideas why this may be happening?

Regards,
Tom Westlake

Are you sure? Perhaps the junk was filtered through a mailing list to which
you've subscribed.

Unfortunately, I am positive. Attached is a copy of my safe list and
I do not have any safe recipients. However messages from the
following addresses arrived in my mailbox:

(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)

This is just a few of them.

I am using Outlook 2003 SR 3 on a Windows XP machine.

Do you have your own address trusted? This usually happens when you trust
people in your address book and have a contact for yourself.
