Incoming messages repeating themselves in Outlook, 2003

My email messages repeat themselves over and over in Outlook, 2003. How do I
stop Outlook from doing this?
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This one's for questions about Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional.
 
It might be that you've infected by virus, which reproduce itself to you and
everyone on your address book.
