Repeat incoming email

How do I stop a repeating incoming email from continuing to keep coming in
over & over again. The same email keeps on coming in? How do I stop it? I am
deleteing them as they come in,but they keep on coming?

Most providers of email accounts have an online access (also called web
mail) for the accounts, and most ISPs do too. There are also many web sites
that you could use to access your email. If you need help finding such a
service, say so.

Assuming you can access your email using an online service, delete the
message that way and any other messages that you want to delete. It might be
that there is another message that is the problem that is not ever getting
downloaded but email readers will continue to download good ones as long as
there is a bad one that causes a problem.
