Incoming email times are all set to midnight.

when I receive an email the time set to midnight for that day. The time on
the email is something different. what is controling the incoming emails time
stamp, is it the mail server or something else.

My computer is set correctly to zone and time of day.
I did update to Internet Explorer 8.0 if that makes a difference.

I did do a virus check and the computer is clean.

Thanks.

The time indicated in the Received column is the time that email arrived
on your mail provider's mail server. If you check and download your mail
frequently (say every 5 minutes), the time stamp should be no more than
10 minutes older than your current time. If the time stamps on your incoming
emails are consistently delayed by 30 minutes or more, something is wrong
with the mail server's time clock. If you want, post the full headers (Ctrl+F3)
of such a delayed message and I will try to pinpoint the problem.
