Hello --
Our print drivers are not able to recognize and print all fonts (for
instance, when emails are received in Batang font, it comes in as "@Batang",
and the user is not able to print these emails). Can our users set up all
incoming emails to be in Arial or Times New Roman. I know you can set your
outgoing emails to "always keep my fonts", but is there an option for
incoming emails?
For incoming emails, I'm aware of the "read all standard emails in plain
text" option, which would accomplish my goal, but this will remove all
formatting -- colors, bullets, formatting, graphics, etc. Is there a way to
change all incoming email text format to a specified choice but still keep
the original format (RTF, HTML or whatever)?
