Incoming Call

I have been using Xp for 2 months with no problems.
Yesterday I started getting this message that I had
ingonred an incoming call- my phone does not hve call
waiting. When this happens the Internet connection
drops. Any ideas how to stop this? Thanks

Hope you had a firewall, virus checker, trojan remover and spyware software
installed. Sounds like some sex line dialer or trojan hack job.
