In order to show how a printed report look, I need to
include a pdf document in a word document with the
formatting preserved. Ideally that would be each page of
the pdf document on each page of the word document, where
the pdf document is shrunk to fit. I would like to keep
the formatting and headers/footers in the word dokument
and still see the entire pdf pages. I have been trying
importing which does not work as it just includes the pdf
as an icon. I have tried the Adobe Readers screen shot
(unreadable in the word document) and I have tried a bunch
of different tools which just did not do it. Does anyone
have any experience in this area?

Thanks in advance

I have the same question as you... I also need that kind of formating for PDF and other programs (like excel). Keep the same formating and have page number etc. as the word document but include other files. Is it even possible to do that?

Word does not read PDF files, so the only way to include a representation of
the PDF is to use a screen shot. To this end, SnagIt is excellent, but any
scaled image will suffer when pasted into Word.
