Inbox folders - lost or just hiding?

My client had set up her Inbox with a variety of subfolders. Now she
has moved to another machine in our organisation. I expected that the
subfolder layout would reappear on the new pc because the mail was
being stored in Exchange rather than locally. This does not appear to
be the case as the original folder layout has been lost and now the
client has an amorphous blob of emails in her inbox, sans the original
structure of subfolders.

Is there any way out of this?

Regards,
Bruce.

Where was the default delivery location for this user's mail? If Exchange,
the structure should remain intact. If a .pst file, then tell us how you
migrated her .pst file to a new computer. Also, whenever posting about
problems with Outlook/Exchange, ALWAYS include the respective versions.
