deleted emails reappearing

Hi all
This is really odd.

A user has access to her bosses email account from her PC.
Her boss puts emails in a subfolder under his inbox for her to print off.She
does
this then deletes the email.

Whe sher logs-in the following day,all the emails in that folder have
reappeared.

I'm at a lost as to what is happening here.

Can anybody help?

There's no way I know you can access the boss's mailbox as you describe in
the original post if you're using a POP account and vanilla Outlook. How
are the folders shared?
