Inbedded animated gif

I was sent an email with an animated gif inserted into it.
I want to get the file out so I can use it on my blog but cannot figure out
a way of getting it saved as a .gif file which still retains the animated
properties.
 
Absolutely brilliant.
How on Earth did you come up with that.
It was a little tricky to follow because I run Office 2000 and had to
translate it from 2003 but once that was done it was pretty much as the link
described.
