In outlook 2000, how do I enter email account info?

Need to add another POP Server & SMTP. Was told to go into tools, new
accounts. There is no new accounts button.

Do you have a Tools menu > Services command? If you don't have an Accounts
command most likely you've got the other. OL2000 has two modes (Internet
Mail Only & Corporate/Workgroup) that have a few different commands
