How do I copy email accounts w/pop/smtp/configuration to a file

I have >15 email accounts in outlook 2007 and would like to be able to copy
the email account details to either a text file or spreadsheet.
Like email address
pop server name
smtp server name
login id and such.
I know it is in some config file as I rename the outlook.pst and it asks me to
create a new one but all the older email accounts are still there under email
account information.

thanks

You can't export the config to a file - you can open each dialog (tools,
email accounts) and write the information down. You might also want to learn
about PRF files and make one - it will make setting up a new profile much
easier.

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/prf.htm for the basics - you'll need
the resource kit for 2007 though.

Thanks, I figured out that I can capture each of the email conf screens
and paste them into a word doc. It gets pretty big but still it works.

If you think you'll need to redo the profiles very often, I would make the
PRF. Once made, you can edit it in Notepad - it's really easy to do.
