how to enter new email account in Outlook 2000

To enter new accounts, I'm told to go into tools, new accounts. Can't find
new accounts button. Need to enter an additional POP Server & SMTP. Can't
find where?

Do you have a Tools > Services? If yes, Outlook 2000 is configured in
Corporate/Workgroup. You may find that some of the suggestions about Tools

Accounts or the ability to specify which account a message goes out under

doesn't work the same as when Outlook 2000 is configured in Internet Mail
Only mode.
