In FrontPage 2003, how do I create a new folder?

My website was created several years ago in FrontPage and has some subwebs,
several folders, and many "loose" pages and images that were never in
folders. How can I create new folders (not subwebs) to put the loose files in?

See the bar just above your folder list - called Folder List? There's a
yellow icon that looks like a folder - click it.

Thanks. I found the folder icon in the Open File dialogue box (but not on my
main menu bar). I used to use the File>New pull-down menu, but it no longer
has a Folder option.
Thanks for replying. I'm learning!

Right click your root web (or any other folder) in Folder List or Folder View and select New - Folder
