Improper shutdown of Internet Explorer

My Internet Explorer 6 SP 2 shuts down suddenly, improperly, and randomly in
the middle of sessions. I have used different software to remove all spyware,
to no use!!! Has this ever happened to any one of you? What do you think is
the reason? And how can I fix this problem?

Disable all BHO's and if IE stops crashing on you then enable the BHO's that
you want to keep one at a time and see if/which one may be causing you
problems.

Go to: http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware]

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Post your HijackThis log to

Thank U, Thank U, Thank U, Mike Pawlak! You saved my life! Problem solved
finally following your instructions. You are indeed the most wonderful
newsgrouper I have ever corresponded with!

Here's what I have done for those who have no idea about BHO's (Browser
Helper Objects):
1. went to Tools from the Internet Explorer menu,
2. clicked on 'Manage add ons...',
3. clicked on each BHO in the that menu then disabled it,
4. closed the 'Manage add on' menu,
5. closed Internet Explorer then restarted it (and, voila!!! My IE was
re-born anew!!!), and finally
6. enabled the BHO's one at a time to see if/which one may be causing the
crash.

I finally discovered the devilish one which caused the crash of my IE
browser. It was the Macromedia Shockwave Flash BHO, which I have disabled
permanetly.
