importing pst file error message server not available mean?

importing a outlook 2000 version pst file to outlook 2003- error message-
server not available mean? Any work arounds?

Suggest posting some useful information. Make sure it includes precisely
what you were doing and why you would be importing Outlook data. Importing
is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data.
