How does one import a 2003 .pst file into Outlook 2000?

Furthermore,what is the best process for regularly importing 2003 .pst
files into Outlook 2000.

In Outlook 2003 you must create an Outlook data file in "Outlook 97-2002"
format, copy your data into that file, then open that file in Outlook 2000
to retrieve the data.
Process: Tools / Email Accounts / View Or Change Accounts / New Outlook Data
File / Choose Outlook 97-2002.
Copy 2003 info to that PST and use that file.
