importing from windows mail to outlook express

I had to do a restore and remove vista and reinstall xp due to hardware
conflicts. is there a way to import the e-mail from microsoft mail to

Did you back-up the Windows Mail data?

This may be a silly question, but presumably you backed up the Windows Mail
files to an external medium?

Just drag the eml files that were backed up into OE folders.
