Frank, I have the same problem and doing what you have said doesn't work.
All my contacts are in the contacts folder as CVS.
They won't transfer into the Windows Mail so when I click on TO: they can
come up.
How do we get them there?

Sounds like an entirely different problem. Greg is trying to import into
Outlook.

Bob you need to tell whatever program you are using where to import
from, it may be easier to move the CSV file to the desktop and point the
import there.
CSV is just a text file format so it the program your are using has the
option to import CSV it should be easy. If not then you will have to
find a format it can use, If all else fails you can read CSV files in
notepad and do it the hard way.

I "Think" he means that a previously exported file has landed in the
contacts folder...
