Importing Contact Lists

I have imported a contact list that contains the
following fields:

Full Name:John Doe
First Name:John
Last Name:Doe
Email: (e-mail address removed)

After they are imported and I try to add them to a
distribution list I can't see their full name in the Name
field instead it displays only their email address in the
name field and the email field on the distribution list
window.

Help??
 
You've provided no information. Post your Outlook version, the original
format of this "contact list," and the precise steps by which you imported
the Contacts including your field mapping.
 
First thing I would suggest is that you not import the combination of ("Full
Name") AND the individual fields (First Name & Last Name). Do one or the
other but not both. FirstName and LastName are two fields that are used by
Outlook to construct the Full Name so this is counter-productive.
