Importing ACT6 Data into BCM - Possible?

Hi,

We currently use ACT v6 (sage) for our sales database. But I have just setup
exchange 2003 and given everyone outlook 2003. I would like to move away
from ACT over to BCM so we have an entirely MS integrated solution. However
I have a few questions first (I'm currently reading through the BCM &
Outlook product guides as well).

Is it possible to import data from ACT into BCM. I know it's possible to do
the simple contacts information, name, address etc, but what about activity
tracking? Notes i.e. sales conversations? Linked files that have been
associated with contacts? Tracking of letters, and mail merges? Is all this
data possible to import? And if so, is it possible to do it with the
standard BCM, or do I need an add-in?

Hi Ben,
Data including activities can be imported from ACT 6 to BCM V2. They get
imported as Business History items.
If you have not yet upgraded, then you can download BCM V2 from -
http://www.microsoft.com/office/outlook/contactmanager/prodinfo/update.mspx.
