Importing a existing Web page

How can I import a webpage that was built with A different PC?
I am useing a different PC I need to goto website and download IT

So are you trying to add an active outside web page into
your web page?

Open up the web page you want and PUBLISH to new computer.

In FP, go to File > Open Web, and type in the URL. Then go
to File > Publish to get it to your hard drive.
