Import mail from WLMD to WM

how do I import mail from XP's Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta to Vista's
Windows Mail? tried importing as OE6 and WM format, but this isn't working!?
Please help.
 
Just find the eml files and you can drag them from WinExplorer and drop them
on a Windows Mail Message list window for a folder and it will incorporate
them into the WinMail message store.
