How to Import Email Folders from Windows Mail Into Windows Live Mail?

I recently downloaded and installed WLM (Windows Live Mail). I had been
using WM (Windows Mail) and had set up a number of folders to store emails I
wished to keep. Can I import those folders from WM into WLM? If so, how can
I do it?
