Import - HELP!

1. I'm trying to transfer all ACT! data to Outlook 2003/BCM. In Import
there are 2 options: import to Outlook and import to BCM. What should I
import first to - Outlook or BCM?
2. How both databases are linked and which parts of records (History, for
example) will stay also in pst; or - is there any way to import those from
BCM to pst?
3. What I'm doing wrong (mapping?) that after import ended most of entries
(Calendar - meetings, Notes, Tasks) shows not linked to contacts? How to
cure this besides going manually through many years of records?
