Import/Export Specification Error

I have been importing text files into Access without any problems until the
last two that I have received. These are text tab-delimited files as were the
others.

I am now getting an error message "An error occurred trying to save
import/export specification 'Demographics Import Specification'.

Can it be that there is some change in the files that is causing this error?

what happens if you rebuild the import spec?
