import/export PST files

Hello,

I exported emails from OUTLOOK 2003 on one computer as a .pst file. I want
to import them on another computer but I get an error message stating that I
do not have the relevant authorisations..I presume it has something to do
with the user not being the same on both computers? seems strange as I have
done this before...anyway, does anyone have a solution? I cannot access the
original computer...

You are using same version OL?
Tried, in OL, File/Open rather than import?
pst is not read only, and is on the hd?
