Importing PST file

Hello, I exported emails from OUTLOOK on one computer and want to import them
on another but I get a message saying I don't have the relevant
authorisations... I presume it has something to do with who was the user on
the first computer...any solutions? I cannot access the original computer.

That's not the best way to transfer data between Outlook instances. Just
copy the PST from one machine to the other and open it with
File>Open>Outlook Data File.
