Import contats

New Vista machine will not import all contacts in a .cvs file. The process
stops about half way through. I probably have about 600 contacts. Is there
a limit on the number of contacts or the size of the file? Have tried
re-creating the .cvs file (from Outlook 2003 on a different machine) a couple
of times and get same problem result each time. Thank you.

I hate this computer, I am a novice so newsgroups, smooze groups..... no
idea, tried to follow the instruction for exporting contacts, managed to
copy them although I spent an hour looking for the word export in all of the
menus on my ald hotmail account, saved the file as a web thingy but then
when I tried to import, nothing happened, total waste of nearly 2 hours,
didnt want to use thing anyway will revert to speaking to people!!

Try using Outlook Express on this different machine to import the Outlook
contacts. If this works, you should be able to take the .WAB file that OE
creates to your Vista machine and import it. On my machine, double clicking
a .WAB file starts WM's import wizard.
