immediate help wanted

ok so my volume isnt working and when i watch videos they go too fast. i
tried re-plugging speakers and all i get is a clicky sound. it just randomly
happened. i watched one video fine, but when i opend another one, it was all
weird. i tried troubleshooting and enabling things(which made more problems)
and nothing works! please help me! i only just bought this computer one year
ago!!!

Try installing the latest video and sound drivers for your system.
