IMAP Problem

Hello Every one ... i need help
i keep getting this error when creating an IMAP email


Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

i was told to put on IMAP Port 143 incoming server
STMP Port 25

My outgoing server Authentication unchecked
i am using outlook 2007, win 7

What is the email provider you're using for this?

i am using MS outlook 2007

But what is the email provider, like Gmail, Yahoo, the company you work for? The company that you send and receive the email through is who gives you the settings, so I was asking that so I might be able to look it up, or try it for myself if I have an account with them.
