IMAGE VIEWER is Missing on Windows XP

hi!
IMAGE VIEWER is missing on Windows XP, even trying to add in on the components does now work.

has anyone come accross this before?

Start, run, type
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
There is a space between the 2 and the s.
