Image Animation

After inserting an image to a slide, I would like for the image to appear to
float very slowly. Its a more dramatic than a static picture. What
animation command would I use for the "slow float" effect?

The "Center Shadow Rectangle" effect seems to make it look like the picture
is floating. Select the image, select the "Format" tab in Picture Tools on
the Ribbon, select "Center Shadow Rectangle" in "Picture Styles". This is
not an animation effect though.
