Illegal operation (MSXBSE35.DLL)

I'm working with an mdb in a muli-user environment. One
user attempts to run a report from a custom toolbar and
receives the following error:
"The program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the prgram
vendor."
Under details of this error is the following:
"MSACCESS causes an exception 10H in module MSXBSE35.DLL
at 0167:06b475el."

I've tried deleting and recreating the menu item with no
luck. Also, this is the only user with this issue. And
it is only the one custom toolbar option that is the issue.

I've read about reregistering .dll files, re-installing
access, etc.
What is the best and easiest way to alleviat this issue?
Am I just able to copy the MSXBSE35.DLL file from another
PC?
Thanks in advance!
Rob

Will copying from another PC help? Perhaps. What is the version of this file
on your system? To get this, right click the file, choose Properties, and go
to the version tab. The newest version is 3.51.623.0.

While the error is occuring in this dll, it may be another item improperly
calling it that is the problem. Do you have the Office service packs and Jet
3.51 service packs up to date on the computer?
