Illegal System DLL Relocation - RTHDCPL.EXE

I received the following error message:

RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory.

The application will not run properly.

The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX
occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs.

The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

I was using Cardscan about that time. I've sent an e-mail to them for help.
Is there anything else I can do?

This has nothing to do with Outlook, but originates from emergency fix
KB925902. There are two ways to fix this
a) download and install the newest drivers for your RealTek devices;
b) download and install hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/

I've heard of several troubles with the Microsoft hotfix, so I suggest
to try the RealTek driver update first.
