IIs troubleshoting...

Hi...

When i try to start the IIS i got this message:
The service did not respond to star or control request
ina timely fashion..
In the event viewer i got this mesagges:
--Unable to query the W3SVC (HTTP) service performance
data. The error code returned by the service is data DWORD
0.
--Unable to query the IIS Info service performance data.
The error code returned by the service is data DWORD 0.

any clue??
