Hi,

I need help to solve this problem

The Collect Procedure for the "RemoteAccess" service in
DLL "C:\WINNT\System32\rasctrs.dll" generated an
exception or returned an invalid status. Performance data
returned by counter DLL will be not be returned in Perf
Data Block. Exception or status code returned is data
DWORD 0.

I bet, you are running HP Proliant server on SP3
You need disable Performance Counter in the registy.
Add the following DWORD value "DisablePerformanceCounter"
in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\
(Remote Access).

Should work. I had this problem with TCP\IP performance
counter, lead to unexpected restarts.

I am running HP Proliant on SP4, 2000. What would be the exact registry entry. I added that directly under HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\RemoteAccess.
The value I tried was both 0 and 1; I still got those errors. Should I have created that entry somewhere else?
Thanks.
