The Collect Procedure for the "Tcpip" service in
DLL "C:\WINNT\system32\Perfctrs.dll" generated an
exception or returned an invalid status. Performance data
returned by counter DLL will be not be returned in Perf
Data Block. Exception or status code returned is data
DWORD 0.

I am also getting the same error in Event log. There is
a hot fix from Microsoft available. see Article No
819716. I am annoyed with MS as we are asked to call
support and cannot talk to them without paying a stupid
amount of money for a known bug in their OS.
