Multiple event id errors: 1000, 1003

These errors show up once a day in my application log. Any ideas on how to
fix them.

Do you need the counters? Try running;

winmgmt /clearadap
winmgmt /resyncperf

Or if that doesn't work, then you can run exctrlst.exe (Extensible Counter
Listing Tool) from the resource kit and disable the counters if you don't
need or use them. They're for use with Performance Monitor

Thanks for the quick response. I won't know until tomorrow if those first
errors will come back, but after I ran the 2 winmgmt commands, I received
some warnings in the application log. Any help would be appreciated.
