IIS Help. Does not server ASP pages but does server HTML

I am running Windows XP Pro and have installed IIS, but for some reason it
will not run .asp pages. It wont even run the iisstart.asp page. Is there a
known problem with IIS and .asp pages when running on a Windows XP Pro
operating system?
