ASP error with IIS

When trying to browse an ASP file under IIS I get a 500 error. .htm files
display fine. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled IIS. Running XP Pro
SP1 on my machine. Any ideas on what to fix?
The event log shows:
The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'. The error was
'Class not registered'.

Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL Then open IE, Tools menu,
Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings" button.
