CANNOT RUN SOME COMMANDS AND IIS CANNOT READ ASP

Dear All,

I can't run some commands e.g. help, net in command window.
Moverover, I installed IIS in WINXP SP1, I find I can visit the web pages
with extension .html but .asp.
