Ignore file extensions when spell checking

How do I stop Outlook 2003 SP3 from spell checking the subject and attachment
lines? Many of the emails I send include filenames in the subject and
attachment lines. These also usually include file extensions which always
get caught by spellchecker. I need to ignore these lines!!!!

Diane didn't ask a yes-or-no question. She asked if you used Word or the
Outlook Editor. Your answer should be one of "I use Word for the mail
editor" or "I use the Outlook Editor".
