If I remove hotfix KB824141 can I reinstall it at Windows Update Page

I am a Windows XP Home user and I was wondering. If I
remove hotfix KB824141 will I be able to go to the
Microsoft Windows Update Page and check for updates and
reinstall it there? Please I really want to know
