Problem installing 2 microsoft patches

Heh ironic in some ways, but.

I'm trying to update windows via the Windows update page
and am having problems with TWO patches.

First being - Cumalative Security update for outlook
express 6, service pack 6
When installing it comes up with a prompt which
says "Sofware installation"
"the software you are installing has not passed windows
logo testing to verify it's compatiblity with windows XP
The software will not be installed"

Second patch that erorrs is.

Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB824141)

So, anyone got any ideas?
