If I have folder redirection (on a 2003 domain server) set up, do I still
need to have roaming profiles set up?
If yes, what are the benefits.

Yes if you want users to see the same settings, desktop etc. regardless of
the computer they are using.

Yes if you want users to see their own Outlook/Exchange email regardless of
the computer they are using.

No if you don't want logons to take an ice-age.

No if you don't want to make a stick for your own back, as site admin.
