iexplorer hang

Hello,
My computer crash when I surf internet. The error message
is as:

Hanging application IEXPLORE.EXE, version 6.0.2800.1106,
hang module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, hang
address 0x0003e1eb.

Please help me solve this problem. Thank in advance.
