iexplorer.exe fauult

When I turn on the 3 party extension in IE6 advance
setting to use Google Toolbar I got this msg all the
time. With this box unchecked everything is fine. I have
tried to do a XP Repair installation but no help. Is
there anything I can do ? I really like the Google
Toolbar features.

You have most likely some spyware or other parasites. These are IE
extensions like Google Toolbar, which is not spyware. But when you enable
those extensions, parasites will be activated also.

I have check all sites listed below and done all
recommended but still get this fault msg. More help
needed.
