ie7 look

With ie7 I have a funny looking menu toolbars compared to ie6. I have 3
toolbars on top of the browser screen and the menu and a few icons only use
less than 1/3 of each toolbar.

q)Can I condense these 2 toolbars ?
q)I can barely see the icon when a page loads on ther addres bar, can I get
a bigger icon like ie6?
q) How can i get rid of the yahoo search on the top right as I don't need
it?

I know this already with customise, it doesn't do much as the back button is
weird;other buttons like home or favourites look to childish.

This really is not impressive looking and I will get rid of ie7 unless i can
change it properly to something like ie6.
